Todd sold our condominium in 5 days. He did comprehensive market research to set an aggressive but reasonable price. He staged the condominium for optimum “curb appeal”. Then he negotiated the best price for us as sellers. In addition to that, he provided services over and above what one would normally expect from a realtor. He helped us prepare our property for transition to the new owners. As one specific example, he returned our Xfinity internet router since we had already returned to Minnesota. All in all, Todd provided a very positive experience for us in selling our condominium.
